Platinum Floor Teams

Across the Bay Area, a design-forward approach to concrete floors redefines the space in homes and work environments. Specializing in decorative concrete finishes, the team centers on three transformative categories—metallic epoxy, broadcast flake systems, and resin coatings—to deliver durable, visually striking floors that elevate design, function, and value. The result is a floor that redefines the room with depth, movement, and a refined sense of style.

• Metallic epoxy: Layered, high-gloss color with movement and depth for one-of-a-kind interiors, tuned to reflect light and create a sense of motion.
• Flake systems (broadcast flakes): Durable, textured finishes ideal for garages, patios, and high-traffic areas, with customizable chip blends and finishes.
• Resin coatings (commercial floors): Long-lasting, slip-resistant layers designed for heavy foot traffic and rolling equipment in business environments.
• Color and finish options: Eleven flake blends (Glacier, Cabin Fever, Orbit, Autumn Brown, Domino, Shoreline, Safari, Outback, Tidal Wave, Feather Gray, Stargazer) and chip sizes of 1/16", 1/8", or 1/4" to tailor aesthetics and performance.

Implementation follows a methodical plan to ensure durability and longevity:

• Assess the concrete and moisture conditions to select the right system.
• Prepare the surface with diamond grinding and proper cleaning.
• Repair, prime, and establish a sound foundation for the chosen finish.
• Build the custom decorative layer with attention to color, depth, and texture.
• Seal and protect with the appropriate top coat to guard against wear and stains.
